i have a great dane who ate my top plate. We called your office early before hours . I was told to come in they might be able to fix. I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. Was seen very quickly. And treated very nicely by everyone. They not only fixed my plate but had it back to me in just a few hours. Price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommand this place to everyone. Great dentist and employees thanks to all.
Dr. Samuel and his staff are amazing, friendly and down to earth. I’m so happy I found this little gem of a dental practice. Especially when we no longer have to contribute to payment for services, I wonder what premium my last dentist was charging.
Wonder place, courteous staff, quick service
I came for a teeth whitening this past week. The ease of making an appointment was great, and the ladies were extremely friendly. She also emailed me paperwork and updates about my appointment, which are very useful. However at the actual appointment, I just had a few issues. Walking in, the two front desk ladies were very nice, presentable and helpful. The time from arrival to sitting was very quick and I was impressed. The doctor, I didn’t catch his name, was immediately available and asked about my issues,. voicing his concerns and recommendations which I appreciate.
The ONLY reason I didn’t have a five star experience is because the dental assistant did not warn me about the pain. She was very thorough in outlining the procedure, and was to expect over the course of the appointment. She mentioned casually about teeth sensitivity to fluoride. Then the procedure started. Everything went well, just as she had described. After the procedure, the fluoride was placed and she didn’t warn me that it might sting and burn, which it did, and very painfully.
The pain continued for the rest of the day, sharp shooting pains in my gums and jaw. I would have liked to be aware that this was going to occur, just so I wouldn’t feel worried that this was an out of the ordinary experience.
